I am a veteran and was recommended through the VA and this is By far the best dentist office i've ever been to. From the moment you walk in at the front desk. The courtesy and kindness you receive is overwhelming. That whole experience continues throughout the appointment. With the doctors and the assistants. I was sent to Hall Mark Dental by the Veterans Administration because they contract with the VA. It was the best thing that has ever happened to me with the VA healthcare. I am a Vietnam area disabled American Veteran and Hallmark dental has done an enormous amount of work with my teeth to get me back to a normal bite and good oral health. I highly recommend Hallmark Dental and Doctor Nanarao Krothapalli. Excellent doctor patient relationship as well as very friendly office staff and dental assistants. Have not had any painfull dental work performed on me. Which includes root canals, multiple extractions, crowns, fillings, bridges and partials. Highly recommended ~ Steve's
Wonderful, compassionate care. I brought my elderly mother, who suffers from advanced Alzheimer's disease, in to see Dr. Patel to address some tooth pain. The entire staff was attentive and responsive to our needs. Mom had x-rays taken, an exam with Dr. Patel, a filling and recommendations going forward. Did not feel rushed at all. Staff was patient and more than friendly and accommodating. Thank you Dr. Patel, Sharon, Yana and Anne! ~ Shannon L
