I was sent to Hall Mark Dental by the Veterans Administration because they contract with the VA. It was the best thing that has ever happened to me with the VA healthcare. I am a Vietnam area disabled American Veteran and Hallmark dental has done an enormous amount of work with my teeth to get me back to a normal bite and good oral health. I highly recommend Hallmark Dental and Doctor Nanarao Krothapalli. Excellent doctor patient relationship as well as very friendly office staff and dental assistants. Have not had any painfull dental work performed on me. Which includes root canals, multiple extractions, crowns, fillings, bridges and partials. Highly recommended ~ Steve's

Wonderful, compassionate care. I brought my elderly mother, who suffers from advanced Alzheimer's disease, in to see Dr. Patel to address some tooth pain. The entire staff was attentive and responsive to our needs. Mom had x-rays taken, an exam with Dr. Patel, a filling and recommendations going forward. Did not feel rushed at all. I am a veteran and was recommended through the VA and this is By far the best dentist office i've ever been to. From the moment you walk in at the front desk. The courtesy and kindness you receive is overwhelming. That whole experience continues throughout the appointment. With the doctors and the assistants. Amazing experience from all the staff and the Dr/Dentist was incredibly compassionate and kind. I have a lot of anxiety about the dentist and they made me feel so comfortable. This was my first time there. I wasn't sure how to get into the building. I was lucky because the receptionist was just going in for her shift. She was very friendly very much a people person. All the staff was friendly, set me at ease. Very efficient staff, Very clean facility. They take every precaution necessary. I had a very good experience. ~ Pat G

Most incredible, kind, and attentive staff I've ever had. I walk through their practice and feel at ease. They work with you to find a course of action that financially works for you. They also have their own version of an insurance plan which is almost as good as regular dental insurance. I recommend them to anyone in need of dental work. ~ Lucy M

They do have a very small office space. However, the nurses and doctors I found to be very welcoming. The process of taking xrays was painless and the doctor was straight forward for the next step that needs to be done. Thank you Hallmark Dental. ~ David L

Since I was little, I have always had a fear of the dentist because my childhood dentist did not believe in novocaine. Hallmark staff always make me comfortable and are very caring. I no longer stress when my appointment is near. ~ Pat A
